The Foundation was established in 2024 and was officially approved by the
Regional Council (Regierungspräsidium) of Tübingen.
The founders are Irmhild Buttler-Klose and Dr. Uwe Klose,
together with their children Almut Klose and Dr. Immo Klose.
These four individuals also constitute the Foundation's Board of Directors.
The Foundation's assets were established through the transfer of ownership of a rented
apartment in Tübingen. Beginning in 2027, the rental income from this property
(after deduction of non-recoverable operating costs) will be used primarily to fund
charitable projects and provide assistance in cases of hardship.
Donations received by the Foundation will likewise be used for these purposes,
unless they are expressly made as endowment contributions to increase the Foundation's capital.
